  1. In a bowl, take grated coconut and add coriander leaves.

  1. Make slits on the baby potatoes and eggplants.

  5. Now, you have to make layers. First will be of the beans. Then, cover it with purple yam and top it with raw banana and sweet potato.
  6. Sprinkle the rest of the masala on top of it.
  7. Place the potatoes and eggplants on the top.
  8. Pour in a little water so it stays soft.
  9. Place the Methi muthiya as the last layer.
  10. Close the lid of the cooker and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  11. Open the lid and mix it well to see if it has cooked well.
