Ingredients

  • Almond Flour 2 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese ½ cup
  • Red Sauce 2tbsp
  • Coconut Oil 1 cup
  • Coconut Flour 1cup
  • Garlic Powder minute or a pinch
  • Onion Powder just a pinch
  • Salt a pinch
  • Eggs 2
  • Tomatoes 2 sliced

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 (Make a dough/ Crust)

Take a deep bowl, add almond flour, coconut flour, salt, garlic powder and onion powder together, and mix well.

Melt coconut oil and slowly add to the flour mixture. Mix well and knead a dough.

After kneading, make a round shape with the help of a roller. Spread it according to your desire size.

Thus, you will see your dough of pizza is ready.

Step 2 (Coating or Crust of Pizza)

In this step, add grated mozzarella cheese on the top of the dough and spread it.

Now place tomato slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.

Shrink some spices if you want to. I will shrink black pepper as I like the taste.

You can also put the few onion slices with tomato slices, but I am skipping here because in the keto diet you need to be careful about every ingredient. Also, onion slices need time to bake and we want the urgent pizza.

Step 3 (Baking) 

Put your pizza in a baking tray and place it in the already preheated oven at 260 degrees.

Now switch the oven to the boiler and place the pizza tray.

Bake it for almost 10 minutes. Once it is ready, cut the pieces with the help of a cutter in a triangle shape.

If you are having a very tough routine, then this trick is for you. Just make your keto pizzas on weekends and froze for the entire week to eat anytime. Wait! Therefore, I will suggest you make your healthy keto pizzas at home. You can coat the frozen pizzas with olives, tomatoes, capsicums, onions, mushrooms, spinach, chicken pieces and nuts along with the mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients for Frozen Keto Pizza

  • Almond Flour 4 cups
  • Baking Powder 3sp
  • Mozzarella Cheese 5 cups
  • Coconut Flour 3 cup
  • Eggs 2 or 3
  • Xanthan Gum 2tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Olives half cup
  • Tomato slices
  • Capsicum 1 (cubed)
  • Chicken (boil small pieces)
  • Mushrooms half cup

Note: These ingredients are for three types of pizzas.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 (Make Dough)

I am going to prepare pizza dough for a food processor because it will take less time to knead the dough into three pizzas.

Take a food processor, add almond flour, coconut flour, two cups of mozzarella cheese, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt.

Mix them for two minutes in a processor and then add two eggs.

Now start the processor and mix them for two more minutes. Make a thick paste.

Take the mixture out and knead with the help of your hands.

Divide a knead dough into three portions and make three balls.

Now roll each ball with the help of a roller. The best way is to place your dough ball in between the two sheets. Through this, you will easily roll the dough and they will not stick with the roller.

Roll the ball in a circular pizza shape and turn the edges. Repeat the same process with other balls, too.

Step 2 (Pizza Crust)

In the second step, we will dress or coat our pizza dough.

First, add the shredded mozzarella cheese equally to all three doughs.

Now top one dough with tomato slices and capsicum after mozzarella cheese.

On the second dough, put some olives and mushrooms. Similarly, in the third dough, put some chicken pieces and tomatoes.

You can add more seasonal vegetables, suitable in the keto diet, to your pizza.

Step 3 (Freezing Method)

Once the three pizza doughs with their crusts are ready, now pack them for freezing.

Put each pizza (unbaked) on cardboard and wrap it in a zip bag. Keep in mind, there should be no air in the zipper bag.

You can freeze them in the refrigerator for an entire week.

Step 4 (Baking)

Now when you have a desire to eat a pizza, just take out it from the refrigerator and unwrap it.

Preheat the oven to 260 degrees.

  • Xanthan Gum ½ cup
  • Honey 1tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Olive Oil 2tbsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups
  • Tomato 1 sliced
  • Capsicum sliced or cubed
  • Black Olives
  • Mushroom half cup
  • Red Sauce
  • Fenugreek Powder
  • Black Pepper
  • Baking Powder 1tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
  • Salt a pinch

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 (Make a Dough)

Mix almond flour, oats flour, xanthan gum, wheat flour, melted cheese, baking powder, salt, honey and olive oil together.

Put this mixture in a food processor and make a dough. Also, add two eggs to the processor.

Now take the dough out of the processor and knead with the help of your hand palms.

Make a ball and roll in a round pizza shape. Turn the pizza edges and set them aside.

Step 2 (Topping of the Pizza)

Spread the red sauce on the top of the pizza dough. After that, spread some mozzarella cheese.

Now place tomato slices, black olives, mushrooms and capsicum on top of it. You can add any vegetable and mushroom of your choice.

Sprinkle fenugreek powder, black pepper, and red chili flakes on top of the pizza.

Step 3 (Baking)

Pre-heat the oven and place pizza on a baking tray and put it inside.

Set temperature at 260 to 340 degrees or cook for 20 minutes. When the cheese melts or bubbles, take it out.

Cauliflower has a significant role in quick weight loss. Therefore, cauliflower crust keto pizza is an ideal pizza when on the keto diet. Take a fresh cauliflower and cut it into enormous pieces. Now grind it in a food processor and make flour.

Put this cauliflower in a glass container and melt it in the microwave oven for five minutes.

Step 2 (Make a dough)

In a bowl, add ground cauliflower, shredded cheese, eggs and almond flour.

Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave oven and after that, add in the mixture. Mix well and knead a dough.

Spread this dough with the help of hands in a round shape, as the cauliflower dough is very soft it can break with the roller.

Bake it in the oven at 260 degrees for just five minutes.

Take it out and set it aside.

I will coat my pizza dough or crust it with parsley sauce because it is very aromatic, healthy and ideal for keto.

First, put some olive oil in a heated pan. Now mix parsley and saute for two minutes.

Also, add a few leaves of spinach. Shrink some salt, oregano, black pepper and red chili flakes.

Sautee until the parsley and spinach leaves become soft and transferred into a paste. Close the stove and cool down the sauce.

Step 4 (Coating)

On the top of the pizza dough, spread a green sauce of parsley and shred the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Now put cauliflower florets (small pieces), chicken pieces, spinach, coriander and mint leaves. They will enhance the aroma and taste of the pizza.

Shrink some oregano, black pepper and red chili flakes. You can also squeeze a few drops of lemon.

Step 5 (Baking)

Pre-heat the oven at 260 degrees (Every oven has its criteria for setting temperature).

Place the pizza on a baking tray and put it in the oven.

Bake it for 15 minutes at 400 degrees temperature or check until pizza cheese is melted.

The Best Keto Pizza for Chicken Lovers (Chicken Tikka keto Pizza)

What is the taste of pizza when it has no chicken? This is what most people like me say. As chicken lovers, we want chicken in every food. Therefore, I have a special recipe for chicken keto pizza to reduce your chicken craving. Keto is not against chicken!

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour (gluten-free) 1 cup
  • Corn Flour 1 cup
  • Chicken Powder 1tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1tsp
  • Mozzarella Cheese 2 cups
  • Salt
  • Eggs 2
  • Chicken Pieces half kg
  • Tomato Slices 5
  • Capsicum Slices 5
  • Red Keto Sauce 3tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes
  • Olive Oil 1tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1tsp
  • Ginger Powder 1tsp

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 (Make Pizza Dough)

In a deep bowl, add gluten-free wheat flour, cornflour, chicken powder, baking powder and salt.

Now melt 1 cup of mozzarella cheese in the oven and add it to the bowl. Also, add two eggs.

Mix well and knead with the help of your hands. While kneading, make sure there should be no lumps left behind.

Make a round or circular ball with the help of a roller and turn the edges inwards.

Step 2 (Prepare Chicken Tikka)

Heat a pan and put two tablespoons of olive oil. Now add small cube shape boneless chicken pieces and saute for two minutes.

Also, add ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper and red chili flakes. Cook well for five minutes.

You can add a few drops of water if you feel the chicken is burning.

When the chicken is ready, close the stove and set it aside.

Step 3 (Coating)

Now take a pizza dough and spread red sauce on it. After that, grate and spread mozzarella cheese.

Now place cooked chicken pieces or tikkas all over the pizza dough or on the top of the cheese. Again, spread some cheese after putting on chicken pieces.

Now place tomato slices, capsicum slices, sprinkle black pepper and red chili flakes. You can also garnish it with chopped coriander and mint leaves.

Step 4 (Baking)

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Place the pizza on a baking tray and put it inside.

Set the temperature to 300-400 degrees or cook for fifteen minutes.

You can cook until the cheese melts and bubbles on the pizza.

Delicious Low-Carb Tomato Sauce/Keto Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

  • Tomato Puree 2 cups
  • Onions (Chopped) 2 medium size
  • Olive Oil 2tbsp
  • Garlic Paste 1tsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper 1tbsp
  • Chopped Leaves of Coriander bunch
  • Mint Leaves equal to one fist
  • Butter (optional) 1tbsp

Cooking Instructions

In a pan add olive oil. After that, put garlic and stir for few seconds. Also, add chopped onions and saute for two minutes.

When onions become translucent, add red chili flakes, salt and black pepper. Stir well.

Garnish with the coriander and mint leaves.

Transfer the red sauce to a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to three months. Use it for your keto pizza.

Note: You can also add one teaspoon of vinegar or lemon drops to keep it fresh for a long time.

Keto White Creamy Sauce/Pizza Sauce

Ingredients

  • Butter 4tbsp
  • 4-5 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
  •  2 ounce Milk
  • Coconut Flour 2tbsp
  • Red Chilli Flakes 1tsp
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil 1tsp
  • Garlic Paste 2tbsp

Cooking Instructions

Step I (Melting)

In a small bowl, add mozzarella cheese and melt in the oven.

Similarly, melt butter in the oven.

Step 2 (Preparation)

Take a frying-pan and add melted butter and garlic paste together and melt for two minutes.

Now add milk, coconut flour and keep stirring. Slowly and slowly add milk and continuously stir. Keep your flame low.

When the mixture is mixed well and there is no lump left behind now add chilli flakes, black pepper and salt. Mix well.

Now add melted mozzarella cheese and mix well. Also, add olive oil for the aroma.

Transfer creamy white keto sauce to a glass container and keep it in the refrigerator.

Note: I have not used all-purpose flour and tetra-pack cream because I make this cream for a keto diet.
