VEG NOODLES RECIPE- Do you know which is the most common favorite dish to cook and eat among the people of the world? The name of that dish is ‘noodles’. Noodles are the Chinese food that is found in the entire world. People like to eat noodles because it is easy to cook and delicious to taste. There are different varieties and recipes of noodles; VEG NOODLES RECIPE is one of them.

Everyone prefers to cook noodles according to their taste and desires. VEG NOODLES RECIPES and the CHICKEN NOODLES RECIPES are equally favorable to people of all ages. Especially they are famous among children.

However, VEG NOODLES RECIPES are considered healthier and they are also easy to cook with just a few vegetables of your choice. All you need is to boil the noodles, roast the vegetables and mix them. Shrink some spices and be ready to eat. Though, this is one of the simplest, instant and nutritious recipes I have shared with you.

What is meant by VEG NOODLES RECIPE?

VEG NOODLES are made by the flour of vegetables other than the chicken and the wheat flour. VEG or VEGETABLE NOODLES are specially made for vegetarians. However, due to its taste and health benefits, non-vegetarians also prefer to eat them.

VEG NOODLES RECIPE is the simplest yet effective and delicious recipe cooked with a combination of various fresh vegetables and noodles. Vegetables like capsicum, onions, carrots, broccoli and cabbage, etc are famous to add in noodles of all types.

How VEG NOODLES Taste like?

If you are fond of eating noodles, then definitely, you will be familiar with the delicious, salty, sweet and crunchy taste of noodles. Noodles themselves have a very peculiar taste, their taste increases with the addition of vegetables, chicken, spices or sauces. However, I like the crunchy vegetables in the noodles like spaghettis coated in some spicy sauces or cream.

The traditional and modern spices enhance the aroma of VEG NOODLES. The tempering of Olive oil compliments it with a healthy choice. While different sauces served with vegan noodles are enough for your taste buds.


Noodles have many variations and types because it is one of the most-liked foods worldwide. Mostly, people prefer to eat chicken and vegetable mix noodles. However, being a vegetarian you can easily enjoy the VEG NOODLES RECIPES too.

No doubt it is very easy to cook and boil the noodles, but one has to be conscious of the time of boiling the noodles at any time.
In the supermarket, you will find many types of noodles. Some would be local or simple and some would be of different brands and companies. I always suggest following the instructions given on the packages of brand noodles.

However, the boiling procedure of all the noodles like pasta, macaroni or spaghetti is the same. It takes the same ingredients and time. Rarely, there would be any type of noodles that takes more or less time.

Ingredients to Boil the Noodles

  • Noodles
  • Salt
  • Cooking Oil
  • Water


Time: 5-7 minutes

Put two glasses of water in a deep pan.
Once the water comes to a boil, mix one teaspoon of salt.
Now add noodles and slowly and gradually mix them in the water.
Don’t forget to move the fork after every one minute in the pan.
The flame should be medium.


After five minutes, just check the noodles with the help of your fingers.
If they are divided easily it means they are boiled.
Close the stove and carefully sieve the hot water from the pan.
Now flow the cold water on the noodles. The water should be sieved.


To keep your noodles fresh and long-lasting, add one teaspoon of cooking oil to the boiled noodles.
Keep them aside and prepare the mixture.
Pro Tip: Always keep in mind your noodles should not be very soft. It can be dissolved or ruin your dish. Always add the measuring water. Set the right time and temperature.

Superstores are flooded with different kinds of instant noodles. Those noodles can be prepared within five minutes. There are some famous companies like Maggie; they also provide instant magic powder of spices to add to the noodles.
Below is my favorite instant and easy Maggie noodles recipe. I also add vegetables and chicken to my instant noodles recipes. There are no specific vegetables; I prefer to add whatever is available to me.

Ingredients for Instant VEG NOODLES RECIPES

  • Maggie Noodles 2 packets
  • Boiled Peas 2tbsp
  • Grated Carrots half cup
  • Small cubed Capsicum 1
  • Small cubed Tomato 1
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Mint leaves (chopped) 5-7 leaves
  • Green Chili (chopped) 1 (optional)
  • Water
  • Black Pepper 1tsp

Cooking Procedure for VEG NOODLES RECIPE


Add two glasses of water in a deep saucepan and brings to a boil.
Now add the Maggie noodles from the two packets and stir slowly.
Also, add the sachet of spice powder from the same Maggie packets.

Mix well. When the noodles start boiling, frequently add all the vegetables.
You can also add pieces of boiled chicken.
Let the noodles and all the vegetables cook together.
Also, shrink some black pepper powder.

Close the stove once you found your desired consistency of the noodles.
You can also add tomato ketchup to it. This is my go-to healthy recipe of all time.


This recipe is perfect for people who like to eat spicy and sour food.


  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Yellow Capsicum 1 chopped
  • Green Capsicum
  • Red Capsicum
  • Sliced Onions 1
  • Tomatoes sliced 1
  • Garlic chopped 7-10
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil 2tbsp
  • Red Chili Flakes 1tsp
  • Chat Masala 1tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup 1tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 1tsp

Cooking Instructions

Step-1 In the first step boils one packet of noodles. As instructed above in this article.

Step-2 In a frying pan, add cooking oil, butter and chopped garlic. Saute for two minutes.
Now add all the three capsicums, onions and tomatoes and stir fry for three minutes.

While frying the vegetables, add all the spices, sauces and tomato ketchup.
Now add noodles and mix well. Shrink some fresh coriander leaves and lemon drops.

Eggs in the noodles are a healthy version. They are very healthy and tasty to be served as an evening snack. Therefore, the secret and magical ingredient I sometimes add to the noodles (macaroni) is boiled eggs.

Ingredients for EGG NOODLES RECIPE

  • Spaghettis 1 packet
  • Boiled Eggs two or three (chopped)
  • Ginger, Garlic Paste 1tsp
  • Tomato Paste 1tbsp
  • Sliced Onions two medium
  • Soya Sauce 1tsp
  • Chili Sauce 1tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame Oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1- In this step boils the spaghettis following the same procedure given above.

Step-2 Boil two or three eggs and cut them in cubed shape.

Step 2- Now take a frying pan and add 1tbsp of sesame or vegetable oil.
Add the paste of ginger and garlic and sauté well.

Now add onion slices and sauté till they become transparent. Also, add all the above-mentioned spices.
Turning the stove on medium flame, add tomato paste and all the mentioned sauces.
Continuously stir and cook well.

Now add the two chopped boil eggs in the gravy and mix slowly. Cook for two minutes.
Now spread the boiled spaghettis all over the pan of gravy. Mix slowly and nicely.

Shrink some black pepper and cook for three minutes on medium flame.
Transfer the cooked egg spaghettis (noodles) to a serving tray.
Decorate it with big cubes of boiled egg.



  • Hakka Noodles 1 packet
  • Sesame Oil 2tbsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 10-15 pieces
  • Large Onion (sliced) 1
  • Green Chill (chopped) 1 or 2
  • Carrot medium size (chopped)
  • Cabbage (chopped) 1 bowl
  • Bell Pepper half
  • Tomato (sliced) half
  • Capsicum 1 (chopped)
  • Green Chilli Sauce
  • Black Pepper 1tbsp
  • Garlic Tomato Sauce 1tbsp

Cooking Method

Step-1 Boil Noodles
First, boil the noodles according to the given instructions and set them aside.
Step-2 Prepare a Mixture
In a frying pan, heat oil and add all the vegetables, spices and sauces together.
Sautees for five minutes and then add noodles. Mix well and fry for two minutes.
Transfer in a serving plate.

Cooking Procedure

Step-1 Boil the Spaghettis (Noodles)
In the first step boil the spaghetti and set them aside.

Step-2 Marinate the Chicken
First, do small pieces of the boneless chicken and add them to a small bowl. Mix white pepper, one egg white, vegetable oil and cornflour. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.

Step-3 Frying
In a frying pan, heat oil and add the marinated chicken. Deep-fry the chicken and set aside.

Step-4 Preparation of Chowmein
Take a deep pan, add two tablespoons of cooking oil, one tablespoon of garlic, carrot, capsicum and onions. Mix well and sauté for two minutes.

Now add fried chicken and two tablespoons of water. Cook well.
Add two tablespoons of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of soya sauce, one teaspoon of chicken powder, one teaspoon of red chili sauce and one tablespoon of ketchup. Mix well on high flame.

Now add spaghetti and shrink some black pepper. Mix well and cook for three to five minutes.
Serve in a white tray.



  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 1 cup
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Onions 2 medium-sized (chopped)
  • Tomatoes 2 medium-sized (chopped)
  • Carrot 2 (cut straight into small pieces)
  • Green Capsicum 1 (chopped)
  • Spring Onion (chopped)
  • Green Chili Paste 2tbsp
  • Green Coriander Paste A bunch (chopped)
  • White Vinegar 1tsp
  • Tamarind Sauce 1tsp
  • Red Chili Flakes 1tsp
  • Hot Spices 1tsp
  • Salt as needed
  • Chat Masala 1tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 2tbsp

Cooking Procedure

Step-1 Follow the boiling procedure of the noodles. Boil the noodles and set them aside.

Step-2 Paneer should be already prepared and cut in cube shape. Grease the frying pan with cooking oil and fry the paneer cubes till they turned into golden brown. Once they are fried, set them aside.

Step-3 Now cut all the vegetables in the desired shapes.

Step-4 In a frying pan, add cooking oil and the mixed paste of ginger and garlic. Sauté for a few seconds and after that add onions. Once onions are transparent add tomato paste and all the spices together.

Now add all the vegetables and sauces together. Cook for three minutes on high flame.
Add already fried paneer cubes in this mixture and sauté for one minute.

Step-5 Spread boil noodles or spaghetti on top of the paneer mixture and mix well.
Shrink some soya sauce, chili sauce and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Special paneer noodles



  • Noodles 1 packet
  • Red Chilli Flakes 1tbsp
  • Sufaid till (Sesame Seeds) 1tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Cinnamon 1 Stick
  • Vegetable Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger Slices
  • Peeled Garlic Slices
  • Green Onion 1
  • Chicken (Optional)
  • Carrots (Grated)
  • Peas (boiled)
  • Capsicum (cubed)
  • Cabbage
  • Corn Flour
  • Eggs 2
  • Soya Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Black Pepper Powder

Cooking Method

Step-1 Boil Noodles
Boil noodles in the hot water after adding salt. Once they are boiled, strain the hot water and pour the cold water. Strain again. Now add a few drops of cooking oil to the noodles and set them aside.

Step-2 Prepare Chilli Sauce
Take a deep bowl. Add chili flakes, sesame seeds, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
Place a saucepan on the stove, add one tablespoon of cooking oil, ginger slices, garlic slices, and cinnamon.
Now add spices mixture and cook well. You can also add one cup of water.
Cook well and bring to your desire consistency. You can store it in any glass jar.

Step-3 Make a Soup
Now take a deep saucepan and add two glasses of water. When water comes to a boil, add boil chicken pieces and all the vegetables.
Boil them for 5-7 minutes. During the boiling process, add soya sauce, vinegar and black pepper.

Step-4 Dissolve two tablespoons of cornflour in half a cup of water and slowly pour in the saucepan of soup. Mix well.
Now add boiled noodles and mix well slowly. Cook for one or two minutes.
Serve in the deep soup bowl. Garnish with chili sauce and boiled eggs.
